For this week’s challenge Liz and I decided to use a recipe that we found on a beautiful blog we follow called Smitten Kitchen. Deb, who runs the blog, calls it Cherry Almond Dutch Baby. And baby, it is good. I inhaled it within minutes.

I loved it as much as you did! Our Aupair Taylor is staying with us right now and she lives a super-healthy life, which includes eating gluten-free. So I substituted the wheat flour with a mixture of corn starch and corn flour and also used soymilk. It was delicious! Thanks, Jewels, for picking such a great recipe!
